1. Service Description

Stokes Systems is a sole proprietorship operated by Nicholas Stokes. When offered, the service provides subscription-based distribution intelligence products for the insurance industry, including weekly intelligence briefs derived from public regulatory data sources. The products described on this site are in a pre-launch review phase and are not currently offered to the public.

2. Data Sources

Our intelligence products are derived from publicly available data, including the Texas Department of Insurance appointment authorization records and Department of Labor Form 5500 filings. We do not represent this data as proprietary and make no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Subscription access is for the named subscriber only and may not be shared.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our briefs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Stokes Systems is not liable for any decisions made on the basis of our intelligence products.
